East & Mason has 23 homesites available now for reservations in historic area

WILMINGTON, NC – East & Mason Developers, LLC, the developers behind Wilmington’s master planned community East & Mason, have opened new sales opportunities for its custom home section, The Sound Side Residences. This exclusive section of the community has 23 retail homesites starting from the $200’s, which allows buyers to select their perfect site and work with one of the community’s custom builders to plan, design, and finalize their home. East & Mason’s custom builder team includes Schmidt Custom Builders, Richard Wallace Builder, and Vahue Custom Homes. Reservations are now available, with contracts beginning in April.

East & Mason is a welcoming community that’s designed to offer its residents modern style and convenience, outstanding amenities, and a comfortable coastal charm.
